FLOWERS IN A VASE - A 3-D RELIEF PAINTING

Working with ceramic powder and glue

adds a whole new dimension to a simple 

painting which depicts a bunch of orange and red

flowers arranged in a vase....

Of course,you need some patience and imagination

to shape up the flowers ,vase  etc.

and carefully dry them up making sure they

do not lose or change shape...

then ,I painted the whole picture with acrylics

and brightened them up with a coat of clear varnish...

Years have passed by....

and my vase of flowers have not still

lost the sheen...
